Ena izmed velikih zmot naše kulture je prepričanje, da je "delo, delo, delo" edini pravilen način porabe časa, in da je "ne-delo" totalno izgubljanje časa. To je iz nas vsekakor naredilo bolno družbo. Tvoja želja oz. razmišljanje o tem, da si malo odpočiješ od stalnih aktovnosti in vzameš pavzo, ali celo vržeš puško v koruzo, niso nore ideje ali nerealistične blodnje. To so dejanske sugestije Svetega Duha, da bi usmeril tvojo pozornost stran od zunanjega sveta in te ponovno povezal s tvojo dušo. Prišla si na ta svet z namenom in specifičnimi dušnimi nameni, ki so zanemarjani. Zdaj trkajo na tvoja vrata in te opominjajo, da imaš obveznosti, ki jih moraš izpolnjevati. Če ne boš uslišala tega klica, se ti lahko zgodi, da se bo tvoja duša znašla v temi, v času, kjer se zdi vse brezsmiselno.
Prisluhni Svetemu Duhu in odpri srce za njegova navodila. Preživi veliko časa sama, poveži se s svojo dušo. Piši dnevnik, išči nasvete, moli. Dovoli si biti v neposrednem stiku z modrostjo Svetega Duha in naj te vodi pri vsakodnevnih opravilih. Odmik od zunanjega sveta, pa naj bo skozi meditacijo ali kako drugo tehniko, je najboljši način, kako lahko zdajle preživiš čas. Sveti Duh te vodi v trenutke tišine. Njegovo sporočilo: "VZEMI SI ČAS ZASE."
